Favorite Cannabis strain: Girl Scout Cookies is THE STRAIN for combatting my severe chronic pain and anxiety, while still allowing me to function and stay attentive as a mom. Happy, relaxed, pain free, focused and fun are the perfect recipe to a great momma!
Preferred Way to Medicate: I love micro-dosing with edibles (gummies, brownies, chocolate bars - I love them all) and prefer to dab with waxes and concentrates. This combination of medicating has allowed for me to get off all my pain medications and live a much healthier and happier life!
My Cannabis background:
I knew as a little girl that I was a healer, so I went to Nursing School. While in school I worked as a Caregiver and Nursing Assistant, but was never truly in alignment and instead became a nursing school drop-out.
After working as a caregiver for a client who used Medical Cannabis I knew I found my passion, and it wasn’t mainstream medicine. After rubbing Cannabis oil into her gums and watching a seizure stop in its tracks, I was in awe and completely consumed with learning more about this plant. I became a medical Cannabis user myself and this is where my healing journey started.
With years of personal experience medicating with holistic treatments, I advise and intuitively guide clients towards taking healing the body and mind into their own hands with plant medicine. I’ve battled with various health conditions including Hyperemesis Gravidarum, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, POTS Syndrome, Severe Pain, Chronic Migraines, ADHD, C-PTSD, Anxiety and Depression that I treated using Cannabis and I feel passionate to share these experiences and impact lives around the world. I teach women how to take their and their families health into their own hands and experience natural medicine from a place of empowerment instead of fear.
I am also a boudoir photographer and Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, I am obsessed with helping women find the magic within themselves. I love to empower women to heal their body & mind. I have a gift for helping women feel seen, heard, and proud of their own identity. Photography sessions infused with energy healing and cannabis bundles are my way of providing a unique experience for women to reclaim their identity and feel sexy in their bodies again.
When I am not working, I love being with my kids. They are truly the most incredible humans and totally have been my teachers in this journey. I am on a constant quest of healing, personal development and spirituality and love learning new modalities of healing and growth. I love psychology, astrology, human design, mindfulness, law of attraction, manifestation and holistic and natural living. I’m lit up when I spend time with family friends and am always down to try a new restaurant or brewery, or host a get together. I love doing yoga, swimming, hiking, visiting the beach and camping. I will spend hours a day dreaming, Pinning on Pinterest, reading and writing. I live to travel and see new places. My bucket list consists of seeing all the places - and capturing them on Camera.

Favorite Cannabis strain: Wedding cake. This indica dominant strain has proven the most effective to help subside the pain of my migraines and puts me in the perfect balance of euphoria and relaxation for a restful nights sleep. If I medicate during the day, you’ll find me with some Green Crack or Jack Herer to keep my creativity and energy up!
Preferred Way to Medicate: Definitely flower with my bong. I find it’s the smoothest and provides the best relaxing body high. A few hits and I’m relaxed and a better, more patient mother and wife.
My Cannabis background:
I remember my first migraine like it was yesterday. I was 10 years old, 5th grade. I was in music class and all of a sudden I could see black spots and everything around them became blurry. I became nauseous and ended up getting sick. Tylenol became my go to. Migraines run in my family and as got older I would deal with them by popping 2 Excedrin and laying down in a completely dark room with a damp rag over my eyes....sometimes camping out on the bathroom floor crying from the pressure and wishing I would die. About 6 years ago I was out with friends and was experiencing a pretty bad migraine. A friend of mine asked if I'd like to try his vape. He assured me it wouldn't get me high as it was only CBD. I kid you not...I went from crying to feeling so much relief in the span of 20 minutes. The next week he helped me pick out my own battery and CBD from a smoke shop and that's where my journey began. I medicated more with CBD and less and less with Excedrin and I was AMAZED! About a year later I decided to get my medical card and a whole new spectrum of relief became available! I knew I wanted to tell everyone about cannabis! As a certified cannabis consultant, I consult clients on holistic medicine use, with hopes of breaking the stigma of cannabis use among women and mothers. We should not feel ashamed or embarrassed to medicate this way! With my experience working in a dispensary, I have learned extensive knowledge about cannabis and am constantly educating myself on its many benefits. It is important to me to empower and guide women to use plant medicine safely and effectively, as well as learn how to educate those around them as they get comfortable medicating around their families! I support using cannabis safely and wisely at home around my own family. My children know what my medicine is and why I use it. Safety is a must, so I always recommend having a safe with a code that only you know. I can't wait to guide you on your cannabis journey!!
I am also an aspiring self-love and empowerment coach! I love to help women reclaim their self-worth and gain confidence within their own bodies again. I want to help women come back to their identity and love for themselves after feeling detached from years of serving their families and being busy in motherhood.
For fun and relaxation, I enjoy working in my garden with my wife as well as watching true crime documentaries, scary movies and listening to podcasts! I am slightly obsessed with the paranormal and would love to some day travel the world and blog about all of the spooky places I’ve visited! You can also find me by the pool many days during the summer.

Favorite Cannabis strain: Sour Kush. Helped me get through many mornings of being anxious; causing sickness almost each day. Sour Kush helped stop the nausea, gave me the energy I needed and put me in a great mood. It was a life saver!
Preferred Way to Medicate: Water pipe (bong) quick, efficient, with lasting effects.
My Cannabis background: As a mother, wife, and full time employee I battled with depression for years. Wanting to stop the "numbness" anti depressants were causing, my husband (avid smoker) said to me "here, take a hit." That was all I needed to come back to reality and begin enjoying life. I was able to play and enjoy my children, be creative, and relax. I stopped all prescription medications and have been a medical patient for over 4 years now.
Working as a budtender and plant medicine consultant, I take pride in looking for deals and great quality as well as getting patients exactly what they need. I prioritize putting the patients' needs & wants first. I am a Cannabis enthusiast with a High standard for getting high. I am also a certified Reiki practitioner (for humans and animals) and intertwine my spiritual practices such as oracle card reading and intuitively tuning into others' emotions. These skills help women remember their strength, strengthen their self worth, and dig deep into their authenticity. My greatest journey has been walking the path of who I am, what my roots are, and fully embracing my truths. This creates empowering conversations around vulnerability and truth amongst women, which I find powerful to facilitate.
When I am not working, I love hiking, playing video games, taking trips to the river with my family, animal watching, expanding my spiritual consciousness or learning more about spiritual practices to expand my skills. I also love to dabble in sound healing.
